We offer condo rentals that are equipped with todays modern luxuries.  Most apartments are painted white & after walking through them they look like "blah".  After walking through a Calvary Condo, you will see many modern features typically only available in high end custom homes.  We want the condo's to feel like a home not like an apartment.  We also offer covinenant payment terms and schedules.  Please call us to discuss.

Custom in every meaning of the word.  All we can say is walk through a regular home & then come see why our homes our "heavenly."  The homes we build have features that in a 5 minute walk through are not evident.  These features are things that may be heated travetine flooring, reflective lighting, sound insulation in walls, tiles that are artisan installed on cement that levels the shower walls for the perfect fit, gutter gaurd on wooded lots, 8 foot insulated garage doors, or simply doors with glass panels in them to allow natural light in laundry rooms or water closets.
